Matt<p><strong>It’s already two weeks late but, sure, I’ll wait until Monday</strong></p><p>I was supposed to have administered the fortnightly medication that stops my Ankylosing Spondilitus from progressing two weeks ago. Somehow, the change over to the generic version led to a holdup that didn’t clear until I had complained and left a lot of voicemails with the hospital.</p><p> The consultant was quite certain the company had been trying to reach me. I rarely go out and live by the phone on my computer. I’m telling you they have not tried all that hard.</p><p>Regardless, I got a delivery date out of them, which was today. The curiour arrived and wanted a pin. I had no email, no letter, and no text. So he had to leave without giving me my medication.</p><p>I waited on hold and finally spoke to someone. They had added an extra letter to my email address, tried texting my landline, and generally had no idea what they were doing (IMHO). The medication will have expired by the time they get it back. I have to call Monday to raise a new order.
