Lokjo - a European online map<p>Here's how the filter works which sorts out corporations/chains from the search-results on our map:</p><p>Per category a list is generated from all locations in various big cities. When a certain name shows up an x amount of times it get's a 'mention'. </p><p>Then, all mentions are checked manually to see if it's actually a company and not something like 'bakery' or 'shoes' etc. If it's valid it get's added to the list. </p><p>There, that's the magic under the hood. Lokjo - a European online map<p>Today is independend bookstore day. </p><p>On our map you can search for bookstores, and they will all be shown, regardless of zoomlevel. </p><p>This is what Lokjo is all about, showing non-corporate stores.
