I suppose it's thanks to therapy and some other stuff I've learned these years but it's good that I can now see my intrusive thoughts as if they were annoying mosquitoes instead of the sign that I am irreparably damaged and beyond redemption.

But that doesn't mean I don't struggle for a bit when they come because they are fucking terrifying and I have to remind myself what they are.

And I suppose it'll always be hard 🤷🏽‍♂️
