cpkimber<p>Spintronics and the Brain: Memristive Computing- Part III Problems with Modern&nbsp;Computing</p><p>Part 3 of my ongoing series on neuromorphic computing. cpkimber<p>Spintronics and the Brain: Neuromorphic Computing Part&nbsp;II</p><p>When researchers talk about making computers "think like a brain", how exactly is it that brains think? Here's a very basic explanation. <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/neuromorphic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>neuromorphic</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/neuromorphiccomputing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>neuromorphiccomputing</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/lowpowercomputing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>lowpowercomputing</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/futureology" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>futureology</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/spintronics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>spintronics</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/physics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>physics</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/tech" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>tech</span></a></p><p><a href="http://cpkimber.blog/2024/12/17/spintronics-and-the-brain-neuromorphic-computing-part-ii/" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">http://</span><span class="ellipsis">cpkimber.blog/2024/12/17/spint</span><span class="invisible">ronics-and-the-brain-neuromorphic-computing-part-ii/</span></a></p>
cpkimber<p>Spintronics and The Brain: Memristive Computing- Part&nbsp;I</p><p>I had the chance to learn about neuromorphic computing recently, and am trying to "learn by writing" about it. Here's my introduction to it, but a full coverage of the topic will take a few more posts to get into the details. <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/neuromorphic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>neuromorphic</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/neuromorphiccomputing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>neuromorphiccomputing</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/lowpowercomputing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>lowpowercomputing</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/futureology" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>futureology</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/spintronics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>spintronics</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/physics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>physics</span></a> <a href="https://scicomm.xyz/tags/tech" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>tech</span></a></p><p><a href="http://cpkimber.blog/2024/12/16/spintronics-and-the-brain-memristive-computing-part-i/" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">http://</span><span class="ellipsis">cpkimber.blog/2024/12/16/spint</span><span class="invisible">ronics-and-the-brain-memristive-computing-part-i/</span></a></p>

Jan 🏳️‍⚧️🇨🇦<p>Took the old Lenovo S345 (14e), took out the battery, replaced the firmware with a full UEFI-compliant one.
