@auschwitzmuseum With everything happening nowadays, it's good to be reminded of what we fought against before. To heck with Kanye West.
Every day I see your pictures and every day I think: What a terrible waste of talent and love and possibilities and beauty.
Lest we forget to treat the foreigners in our time the way their talents, love and beauty they deserve.
@Simone21 @auschwitzmuseum All the songs that haven't been played, all the jokes that have never been made, all the love that couldn't be expressed, all the science and progress that couldn't be made, all the knowledge that was lost forever.
@auschwitzmuseum He wasn't even old enough to know his name.
@auschwitzmuseum Leon would have turned 78 today, if he hadn't been murdered by the Nazis. This evil is not that far away in time.
@auschwitzmuseum this is unspeakably sad

Remembering baby Leon & his parents
@auschwitzmuseum is that picture accurate though? Not doubting Leon, but a 4 month old developmentally can’t hold up in someone’s arm like that.
@auschwitzmuseum if I live to be 200, I will still never understand how they did this to other human beings, absolutely shocking.
