As most of us in the U.S. know, Chuck Schumer recently relaxed the dress code in the Senate & John Fetterman started wearing his trademark hoodies and shorts which has received an undue amount of GOP attention. In solidarity, Cory Booker came to the Senate in an outfit featuring pink booty shorts to take the heat off Fetterman & place it on himself.

I was unable to find on google what I would call a reliable source, so forgive me, but is this true ?
@failedLyndonLaRouchite hey there, I also questioned whether it was true. And I googled. I saw a whole list of sources & misread it, but they were all really, as you said, not legit. I did include the original source that says it's satire. And the other sources were all satire or just him in the pink shorts. I guess going to Barbie.
Thanks for pointing that out. I just clarified in my post that he did NOT wear the shorts on the Senate floor. I'm sure it would be big news if he had.

@whaleknives @failedLyndonLaRouchite It's parody. That is why I included a link from the article that says it is a satire from the beginning. It's like the onion. It pretends to be real. But it says it is a parody piece if you click.
