@hyperboreal sounds great. I like tofu, especially after it was described to me as bean cheese, and often use it like paneer. But my kids will only eat it if i fry till crisp before using it. Then they love it.
This could be a great alternative to unhealthy frying spraying the kitchen in oil!
@ronanmcd That's right, Ronan! The crispiness will do the trick. I also use tofu as paneer when I cook some indian recipes.
