@obtener I'm confused. Don't Reresentatives repesent those in their district?

Acting on the wishes of those in their district seems to align with the definition of "representative." Ignoring/avoiding those opinions is the one thing they should not do.

If they're unable to do their job don't they have an obligation to resign?
