Well I've run into a small snag on possibly buying the new car. Apparently June 1st was the cutoff to get a new car loan through my bank on the 2023 models. So they offered used term rates which I found unacceptable. I'm in the process of securing a loan elsewhere but should a vehicle that's never been titled still a "new car?"

It's undriven, not new. But the bank has ownership until it's paid for LOL, I towed my van back to the garage again.

It depends on the financial institution, others consider it a new vehicle. If I can't get the terms I want, I'll walk. It wouldn't be the 1st and definitely not the last.
Your van or the RV?
@That_One_Guy The Van. it died before we left and I had to return it. But the RV runs like a charm, it's my second vehicle now LOL
