@jake4480 ugh I googled to see what you were talking about and the wiki page is complete with photos. And no the Albert tagged to this piercing is Queen Victoria’s Albert. This statue in Monaco is of their Prince Albert I, who “devoted much of his life to the study of the sea and oceans” and established the Musée Océanographique in Monaco that is near this statue (Jacques Cousteau was its director for over 30 years).
