Unfortunately (and I hate this) scotus is untrustworthy where any of our Constitutional rights other than religion (but not MY freedom FROM religion) is concerned).
It’ll come down to whether they want to have any authority or relevance as the CONSTITUTION provides … or fully cede their power to trump & give him more of a blank check than they already gave him.
