TikTok is back because Trump says he is going to issue an executive order. In other words, Apple, Oracle, Google, and any other US companies providing services to TikTok are now in violation of a US law passed by Congress, signed by the president, and upheld by the Supreme Court. The law did have a clause allowing the president to issue a one-time extension before it went into effect. That did not happen. Accordingly, there are no actions that the current or future President can take to undo the law. That’s the job of Congress.
What we are seeing here is the first act of our new puppet dictator. He has just made it very clear, again, that he his puppet masters have no intention of making him follow the US Constitution. The western oligarchs don’t want a social media app that they don’t control. So, there will be a change of control, even if there is no change of ownership.

We are witnessing pervasive #ConstitutionalDerangementSyndrome
@paninid No. We are witnessing the end of the US Constitution.
