And, why isn't every Canadian trained and outfitted w/ Naloxone nasal spray, you know, should they happen upon someone ODing?!?

@somecanuckchick I had gotten some from a drugstore for free when I was still hanging out with party people. Later I gave the kit to a raver friend who had a lot more chances to see someone OD.

Is it that that policy had changed since?
