Real Thing. You To Me Are Everything
A real classic of Brit-soul, Real Thing's debut single is a massive floor filler (and sing along fave) still. A wonderful lyric, a great rhythm arrangement & fabulous harmonised vocals make this a standout single not just of the 70s, but of all time - I challenge you not to be grooving & singing along. I just love it, just genius!
Funnily enough I have a few Billy Preston LPs & the best one might say about them is that they are uneven, often just one really good track... so enjoyed watching this which seemed to do him more favours
