Ah lads. I fell fast asleep at 8pm, woke at 1am and spent the rest of the night wide awake. Wide. Like I could have written a novel. Then fell back asleep just after 6am. 
Today will be approached with caution. And coffee.

Es tan simple como que nos hemos retrasado. 
Siguen quedando #Repollo y #Puerros. Y hay que sacar la #lombarda aunque estén pequeñas, antes de que se pierdan por la #inundación
En realidad las más pequeñitas las ponemos como excedente para quien quiera aprovecharlas. Aunque en las cestas solo van las medianas.
Tanto unas como otras, igual no nos arreglan el #jetlag ese, pero están muy ricas.

Have I ever written DST (Daylight Saving Time) or jet lag for a character in a story?
I haven't written either one, although I remember reading a thriller where the main character's jet lag was used really effectively. I wish I could remember the title . . . I blame it on Oldtimers.

Q1. In the US, Daylight Saving Time started yesterday where we “lost” an hour and sprang forward. If you live somewhere that participates in Daylight Saving Time, or if you lose time due to flying, how does it affect you? Do you get jet lag?
My sleep patterns before, during, and after our trip to Japan. Yeah, return #jetlag has been bad and it’s been the same for my wife. Part of the reason might be because the weather has been especially nasty since our return and we’ve been unable to spend much time outside in the sun. There are four nights without data because I wasn’t wearing my Apple Watch, flying across the international date line or because I didn’t sleep at all during our return flights.
Cold + jetlag + daylight saving times =
