Umweltfestival auf der Straße des 17. Juni vor dem Brandenburger Tor machen. Zusammen mit @bitsundbaeume_berlin sind wir am Stand 215 (Link zu Openstreetmap) praktisch gegenüber vom Sowjetischen Ehrenmal zu finden.

歐洲自由軟體基金會（FSFE）4/8 在德國舉辦了「公共出資？公共程式！」研討會，強調政府採購開源（自由與開放原始碼）軟體對於實現數位主權和創新的重要性。與會的公共部門與公民社會代表一致認為，政府應優先採用開源軟體，以降低對專有技術的依賴。

德國第九大城市 Dortmund 的 Do-FOSS 計畫成功將「公共出資，公共程式」原則納入城市政策，成為其他城市的典範。ZenDiS 主席 Jutta Horstmann 則呼籲，公共部門應逐步提高開源軟體的採購比例，以擺脫對美國供應商的依賴。FSFE 政策經理 Johannes Näder 也強調，歐盟和各國政府應提供穩定的開源軟體長期資金，以確保數位主權、促進互通性，並支持歐洲經濟與公民社會。

去年有機會幫數發部講了不少場 #公共程式 #PMPC 的概念，還有今年也有一點機會錄了課程跟公務同仁談相關的概念，裡面有一個滿重要的點，所謂「開放原始碼軟體」並不是把軟體程式碼公開放在 github 上就好了，它的授權條款必須採用「開放原始碼促進會」（Open Source Initiative，OSI）認可的授權條款才會被認定是 Open Source Software。

去年在幾個數發部專案的驗收審查會議上擔任評審，也不只一次提醒過這件事情。

然而，把別人的成果拿過來，把他們的授權條款拿掉，再自己加入某某組織某某個人禁止使用，這根本就是 #沒有下限 了。
