Help #rstats, I am looking for a package that helps monitoring/QC clinical trials. I can find many related tasks in #pharmaverse and CRAN but none about checking that patients came in the right visit, the sample is correctly labeled, that all patients provided the same number of samples or similar things 
.
My crude solution already have found 5 errors in a study 
But I will need to check several studies soon. Is there anything I could use or should I provide my own solution?
