Simplicity: this guy broke longstanding Senate procedure and denied Barrack Obama two nominees on the #SupremeCourt.

#Joe doesn't need to change any laws. He simply nominates two justices to the court right now, and pushes them through the Senate.

It is within his purview, and totally legal – and, though it would break recent precedent again, it would do so less egregiously than #MitchMcConnel did in denying the 44th president his deserved nominees, creating our present chaos.

A joke for you... Mitch McConnel passes away. He gets to the gates of heaven. Saint Peter looks at him, down at his ledger, back at him, and says, "I don't see anything in my book that warrants letting you into heaven. I'm afraid you'll have to go back and try again."
