Recharged my autistic #INFJ battery by taking a long civil twilight #Ingress stroll in my pocket neighborhood and on the BSU campus, and very much by happenstance, and much to my delight, I threw more fields than I ever have in one outing. Rest easy, Resistance. Rest easy.

100% yes. I'm an #hsp so it's how I'm wired. I feel other's feels, emotions, pains, etc...even, or sometimes especially, fictional characters. That's why I don't watch or read certain genres (horror, cringe, etc).

After a very rough day yesterday, I’m happy to say that today has been better. I’ve found little moments of peace and calm throughout the day, and I’ve been reminded again how important it is to allow each day to be what it is without judgment.

Some days will be harder than others. That’s okay. But it’s okay to find peace too.
