This 10” came with the 2023 30th Anniversary pressing of In Utero, & as a Nirvana completist, it’s the only reason I bought that less than ideal pressing.

All these songs (plus alternate Scott Litt mixes of the singles) were on the 3xLP 20th Anniversary issue, which I have, & is THE best pressing of In Utero that exists (It’s borderline audiophile).

The most ironic record of all time.

Yes I only played this Saturday but instantly this is another record with the EQ on. And there I was getting angry they filled this on to 1LP. Even sent MOV an angry email. Still more albums need 2 45rpm treatment and Sony has no one step or high end vinyl branch

This makes sense now with the EQ breathing colour into the headphones.. Like a warm summers garden of a sound of 60s Psychedelic rock and ambient

The Future Sound of London - Alice In Ultraland by The Amorphous Androgynous

Wasn't until I put this on and it sounded flat I discovered my hardware Lokius EQ was set to off. Knew something was up when an Analogue Productions 2x45rpm pressing sounds not amazing.

Stone Temple Pilots - Purple

For something that was peak loudness wars in 2003 the remaster on this was needed brings back some dynamics. Quality rock that's underrated

Electric Six - Fire

2nd album from The Belgian Trio alot more orchestral on this one. With So much going on in these songs it's strange these were never put out on 2 LP rather than 1.

Hooverphonic - Blue Wonder Power Milk

Belgian Trip Hop that rivals the like of Massive Attack and Portishead, from 1996. The Stampers never left the place they were made originally even though the business changed hands from Sony/CBS Haarlem
