In a deeply existential way, #memory is on the ballot, not only for the candidates (see #JohnGartner's work with #ChaunceyDeVega in #Salon, where he distinguishes between #Trump's cognitive #neurodegeneration, as a function of likely brain disease, and #Biden's occasional, typical #memory issues given his age), but for the nation.
